about the show

About Ronnie Milsap

Born blind, Ronnie Milsap’s grandparents gave him over to the North Carolina State School for the Blind hoping for a better chance. There, he discovered music and the rest is history.

A long line of awards and hits followed, including five decades of charted singles (40 #1s), six GRAMMYS, CMA Entertainer of the Year and four Album of the Year awards. He’s also shared the stage and studio with country, soul and rock-n-roll legends like Elvis, Ray Charles, JJ Cale and Charley Pride, and he counts greats like Dolly Parton, George Strait and Willie Nelson among his friends.

Look for Ronnie to perform his hits, including “Please Don’t Tell Me How the Story Ends,” “Daydreams About Night Things,” “Lost in the Fifties Tonight,” “(There’s) No Gettin’ Over Me,” “She Keeps the Home Fires Burning,” “(I’m a) Stand by My Woman Man,” “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It for the World,” “Stranger in My House” and “Smoky Mountain Rain.”

Join us for this stellar performance on July 17. The show begins at 8 p.m. inside the Event Center. Tickets start at just $19.50.

You must be 21 years or older to attend.
